Our Story

Owner, Heidi Knowles, grew up in a small coastal town in California. Her family owned a construction company which she worked for while attending college. She has always had an affinity for reading and writing (a self-proclaimed "book nerd") and was fortunate enough to fall into careers that utilize those skills in a variety of industries. From her eclectic experience she learned that reading and writing and the resulting paperwork cause a lot of people headaches! Applications, permitting, drafting legal agreements, researching, and writing web content- just never bothered her. That is why she started Harmon Business Services, business services performed by a network of business professionals who excel at their specialties because it's just what they are good at. She believes that utilizing this type of professional leads to a higher quality product, quality of experience and quality of life for both the client and the professional. When she's away from the keyboard you can find her surfing, building furniture, and of course, reading books.
